Cartridge made of activated carbon formed in the form of a sintered block (carbon block). In this form it provides as low dust as possible, which is essential in the typical application of this cartridge, i.e. in pre-filtration in reverse osmosis filters.

Aquafilter FCCBL-S is also used in classic sub-sink filters of the FP2 (Duo) and FP3 (Classic) series, as well as in narurine filter housings installed on cold water systems.

Activated carbon from coconut shells has the highest adsorption capacity (binding of contaminants on the outer surface). This characteristic is used in the elimination of chlorine from tap water and organic contaminants from water from one’s own well. Improving the oxidizability of water has a positive effect on the color, taste and smell of water. Activated carbon deposits clarify water, giving it a distinctive good taste.
The SILVER series provides the maximum achievable water treatment capacity in the range dedicated to activated carbon. Made from the purest form of carbon, it is recommended for drinking water treatment.
